It\u2019s got great big soft cushions and somehow feels like a very calm space. This is important for Penny because Jamie is always like a whirlwind when he rushes home from one big exciting thing or another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If she\u2019s out in the garden, Penny sometimes reads in the gazebo, but this new one is her favourite place to relax with a book. Sometimes she reads to me, but that\u2019s tricky because I sometimes can\u2019t follow the characters if it\u2019s a complicated story, like this book that Jamie gave her for her birthday called The House of Gucci. When she read to me what was on the cover, I was surprised. It said, \u201cA sensational story of Murder, Madness, Glamour and Greed\u201d. I never realised that fashion was such a dangerous job. From now on I\u2019m going to do my best to protect Penny when she\u2019s working. Yikes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I love stories though, and I can tell that you do too, because you\u2019re reading my story about my life with Jamie and Penny, Paul and Adriana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I love the books and magazines that Adriana reads. Often they\u2019re about food, and she talks to me about what she\u2019s going to cook for dinner – like this one, \u201cThirteen lamb shank recipes for a cosy night on the couch\u201d.
